reduce the beneficial effects of n-3 fatty acids
in fish oil, by affecting the way in which the
fish oil is absorbed by the body. In this study,
fish oil was consumed in the form of both fish
meals, and fish oil capsules. Vegetable oil
was not found to have any negative impact on
fish oil consumption. At the end of the studies,
high fish oil intake was associated with steep
drops in blood fats called
